Every project passes through questioning, ideas, judgement, rallying, support and follow-through. Seeing those steps makes it easier to plan who does what.
People are not interchangeable
Each of us is energized by some kinds of work and drained by others. A team that knows this can share the load more fairly and get more done.
Shared language beats blame
When a project stalls, the useful question is what kind of contribution it is missing, not who is to blame.
Our product
A workspace, not an assessment
Leader Genius does not score or label people. It gives a team a practical place to plan its work: boards in six columns, projects and tasks with owners, comments, notifications, filters and a personal My Work page.
